What is the Back to Vouchers program?

The Back to Vouchers program provides 3 x $50 vouchers, totalling $150 for each eligible student. The vouchers can be used towards the cost of back to school items like school uniforms, shoes, bags, textbooks, or stationery, and must be used before 30 June 2023.

How do I use the vouchers in-store?

One of our team members will be available to assist you at a specially marked register.  Vouchers are not redeemable on the self-serve register/checkout.
Simply go to the register, present your eligible items for purchase, and have your digital vouchers in the Service NSW app ready to scan.

How do I return an item purchased with a voucher?

As always, we want you to be happy with your purchase – our .applies, with the exception that returns for purchases made using the NSW Back to School vouchers are for only for an exchange voucher. The returns can also only be made in-store. Any voucher amount that is forfeited at the time of checkout will not be included in the refund.

I have more than one $50 vouchers – how do I use them?

• There is no limit on the number of vouchers that can be used in a single transaction for eligible items.
• If you spend less than the value of your vouchers for a purchase, you cannot use the remaining value of the voucher. For example, if you use two vouchers worth $100 for a $75 eligible item, you cannot claim the remaining value of $25.
• If your total purchase price is more than the value of the vouchers, the remaining balance can be paid using the payment methods available at checkout.
• Non-eligible purchases will be processed in a separate transaction.
